- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing recruitment trends and practices.
Desired Skills:
- 0 - 2 years of professional experience.
- Must have knowledge of IT Terminologies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in sourcing top talent through multiple recruitment channels.
